What You Need To Know About The AntiSnor Acupressure Ring
This is one of those products that really caught our eye… for two reasons. First of all, because it is so unique. And secondly, because a lot of people actually seem to get results from it.
Yes, it is an Acupressure Ring that is supposedly capable of treating snoring. It might seem unbelievable… but then again, isn’t a lot of ‘alternative’ or ‘holistic’ medicine considered a bit unbelievable? We love the idea of a ring being able to solve snoring woes, because it would be so easy to just slip this ring on and forget about it.
But is it possible that it really works? Or is this some kind of mumbo-jumbo?
We decided to take a pretty serious look at it, to see exactly what we were dealing with… and here is what we found.
AntiSnor Acupressure Ring: Product Classification & Instructions For Use
This ring most certainly fits into a category that we do not get to use very often. It is an ‘Acupressure’ device, and one of the few out there that are designed to fix snoring problems.
Acupressure has received some mainstream traction in the last few years, as people search for more holistic ways to heal and be healed. But to use it to stop snoring is an altogether new concept in the mainstream anti-snoring device market.
As for instructions for use, the device is pretty simple. First, you need to buy the right size (small, medium, and large are the options). After that, you put on the ring so that the small acupressure nubs are pointed toward the underside of your little finger. The ring is left with an open gap at the opposite end. This is so that you can adjust the side, and to prevent the ring from cutting off circulation.
After that, you simply sleep with the ring on. Supposedly, it is designed to help you stop snoring by applying acupressure to the nerves in the finger. These nerves are then supposed to stimulate your body in such a way as to help you avoid snoring while you sleep.
How Does The AntiSnor Ring Work?
The concept behind the AntiSnor Ring is pretty simple. You just wear it during sleep, and it is said to stimulate a nerve in the little finger that is connected to the breathing systems in the head.
So applying pressure to the nerve is said to have a positive effect on your breathing while you sleep—and this is why the ring is said to be able to positively affect snoring problems in those who wear it.
Clinical Background And FDA Approval
This ring is not FDA approved for the treatment of snoring or sleep apnea. But, it has been tested in a (supposedly) clinical setting. The medical test was carried out at a testing facility in France, and was said to have been quite successful. 77% of spouses and 80% of snorers were said to have been satisfied with how the AntiSnor Ring performed… which is actually not too bad. And most couples reported an improvement in the levels of snoring close to around 50%, in terms of a decreased severity and impact.
Can There Be Any Side Effects?
The only possible side-effect would be for the ring to cut off circulation or something like that. But if you use it properly and buy the right size, this should certainly not be an issue. The company even tells you to wear the ring for 30 minutes before going to bed to ensure that it is not too tight.
How Much Does The AntiSnor Ring Cost?
This ring comes with a ‘free trial’ offer, where they will let you buy it for $1 and try it for 35 days. If you end up liking the ring and wish to keep it, you will be charged an additional $38.95, including shipping and handling. If you don’t like the ring, you are supposedly able to send it back within 30 days and not be charged anything.
The only problem with this, however, is that free trials are a bit ‘gimmicky,’ in our opinion. We know that the company probably means well to sell their product like this… but we still find it a bit tricky. The problem is that some customers might not completely understand the deal. And even more-so, canceling can sometimes be so complicated that customers will just give up and reluctantly pay the money, just to avoid the fuss.
So yeah. We are not saying that this company does these things, but we aren’t new to this kind of sales tactic… and we just aren’t a big fan of it. So yeah, this is kind of a downside for us.
What Do We Know About The Company Behind The AntiSnor Ring?
What Can Users Expect From The AntiSnor Ring?
If you buy the AntiSnor Ring, then you can probably expect to spend a bit of time getting used to it. You might need to adjust it so that it fits well. You don’t want it to come off while you’re sleeping, but you also don’t want it to be too tight. So that is the main part that you’ll need to figure out as you go.
Does The AntiSnor Ring Require A Doctor’s Involvement Or A Prescription?
No. You will not need a doctor’s involvement or a prescription to buy and/or use the AntiSnor Ring.
Our Verdict
We liked the idea of this product for a lot of reasons. It would be super simple to use, would be very non-invasive, and isn’t even that expensive. Plus, it lasts forever… so if it worked, you would be able to use it pretty much for the rest of your life, as long as it didn’t get broken or lost.
But it also had some downsides. For one, the shipping costs are very high for Canadians (see below). And secondly, there wasn’t a ton of evidence that the product actually works for everyone.
We felt that it was very possible that this was a placebo effect… but still, it might be worth a try. If it works it works, right? It may very well be worth the risk if you really want something different and non-invasive.
The Costs To Get The AntiSnor Ring Shipped To Canada
If you live in Canada, it will cost you an extra $10 to get this product shipped. In fact, the free trial will cost you $10.95 if you live in Canada, instead of just $1 like it would if you lived in the United States.
Where Can I Buy This Product If I Live In Canada?
The best place to buy this product if you live in Canada is still the official product website.

AntiSnor Acupressure Ring
Summary: The concept behind the AntiSnor Ring is pretty simple but we’re still unsure about the product effectiveness as it seems to be more of a placebo type of a product than anything else, plus it comes with a free trial which can be a good thing and vice versa. You be the judge and we’d love to hear your thoughts if you’ve actually tried it.
